Lullacraft — Subscription Terms

Effective Date: 2026-06-04.

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply to paid plans of Lullacraft. By starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms and to the Terms of Use.

1. Plans

Lullacraft offers a free tier and the Lullacraft Pro subscription, available in two billing periods:

Lullacraft Pro unlocks unlimited adaptive nightly meditation scripts, all breathing patterns, the full sleep journal and history, and mood-aware personalization.

Pricing: prices are shown in USD and vary by region and currency. The exact price for your region is shown on the in-app paywall before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us.

2. Free Trial

Each Lullacraft Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible first-time subscribers, subject to Apple’s and Google’s eligibility rules.

• The trial begins immediately when you start a Pro plan.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged the price of the plan you selected.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial. If you cancel, you keep Pro features until the end of the trial period; no charge will be made.
• Trial eligibility is tracked by Apple / Google. Users who have previously used a free trial generally cannot re-use one.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Auto-renewal — Lullacraft Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Where you’re charged — payment is charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google account.
• Renewal price changes — if we change the renewal price, Apple / Google will request your consent before the new price applies (per platform policy). If you do not consent, the subscription will not renew.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the current paid period.

iOS (App Store)

1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
3. Tap Lullacraft → Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select Lullacraft → Cancel subscription.

In-app shortcut

Lullacraft’s Settings → Subscription page links directly to the platform’s manage-subscription screen.

5. Refunds

We do not directly process payments and therefore do not directly issue refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the platform you purchased through:

• iOS — submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides at its discretion under its standard policy.
• Android — open the order in the Google Play app or visit play.google.com. Google decides under its standard policy.

If a platform issues a refund, the corresponding Pro entitlement is revoked. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@sanva.tk and we will help liaise with the platform.

6. Family Sharing

Lullacraft does not support Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library at this time. Each user must have their own subscription. Support may be added in a future release; if and when it is, we will update these Subscription Terms.

7. Taxes

Prices shown in the app may exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax), which Apple or Google may collect and remit on our behalf depending on your jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these Subscription Terms. Material changes will be communicated as described in Section 13 of the Terms of Use.
