Delete Your Lullacraft Account
Deleting your account is permanent. We cannot recover your practice records, sleep journal, or preferences once deletion completes.
You can delete your Lullacraft account in two ways: from inside the app, or from the web (if you have lost access to the app). Both routes wipe your on-device data and revoke your sign-in.
1. Delete from the App (recommended)
- Open Lullacraft on your iOS or Android device.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and data.
- Read the confirmation screen carefully and confirm.
Your on-device data is wiped immediately, and you will be signed out.
2. Delete from the Web (if you can’t access the app)
If you no longer have access to the app or the device on which it was installed:
- Email privacy@sanva.tk from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include in the body:
- Your account email (or Apple sign-in identifier hint),
- Confirmation that you are the account holder,
- The phrase: “I request deletion of my Lullacraft account and all associated data.”
- We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 72 hours.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted:
- Your on-device data — practice records, sleep journal, and preferences (stored in SQLite + the secure store) — is wiped from your device.
- Your mood check-in data stored in our cloud (already auto-deleted after 90 days) is removed.
- Your subscription record on our side is closed; future renewals are cancelled where we control them.
- Your Apple Sign-In token is revoked (per App Store guideline 5.1.1(v)).
Deleting your account is treated as withdrawing all consents.
4. What May Remain
Limited records may persist for a short window after deletion:
- Backup snapshots — automatically overwritten or deleted within 30 days.
- AI gateway usage logs — retained up to 30 days; these contain no name, email, or location and cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
- Legal / tax records of paid subscriptions — retained where required by applicable law.
5. Cancel Your Subscription Separately
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store / Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel through the platform that billed you:
- iOS — see Subscription Terms § 4 or visit Apple Support — Cancel a subscription.
- Android — see Subscription Terms § 4 or visit Google Play — Cancel, pause, or change a subscription.
If you delete your account before cancelling, the platform may continue to charge you until you cancel directly with the platform.
